Hi!!

I am working on Data Mining on Grids and plan to use Weka4WS. I have got
GT4.0.7 installed and working on two Fedora 9 machine. One is CA and
other is a client. The important thing to note is that I don't have a
FQDN and Globus is running on LAN. I was trying to install Weka4WS but
got confused with the security part of it. Could someone just explain the
security prerequisites part a little bit. Like

1. the Weka4WS user must hold a valid proxy certificate (in the X.509
format) with a given Distinguished Name (DN). What should be done for
this step.

2. the file '/etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile' on the computing nodes
must contain an entry to map the Weka4WS client user to a local user
at the computing node. An entry example follows:

   "O=KGrid/OU=University of Calabria/CN=John Doe" john

I have globus and a test user whose entry is present in the
grid-mapfile . What needs to be done besides this?
