Very very thank u sir for replying..
Sir i am facing problem in finding out this httpd folder.. i dont have
any httpd folder on my ubuntu server 9.10 machine,..
i am sending u link of the webpage from which i m trying to configure
my certificates..

http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/284

i am struct at the stage at installing certificates in apache folder..

"
Apache has separate configuration directives for the key and the
certificate, so we keep each in its own file. These files should be
kept outside of the DocumentRoot subtree, so a reasonable directory
structure might be:

File Comment
/home/httpd/html Apache DocumentRoot
/home/httpd/ssl SSL-related files
/home/httpd/ssl/cert.pem Site certificate
/home/httpd/ssl/key.pem Site private key"

Sir,
more preciously.. My problem is my ubuntu server m/c not allowing me
to run completely apt-get update n apt get -f install.. after
downloading 20% update from apt-get update, It causes problem saying
that can not connect to servers. Because of that, i am not able to
update my repositiries n unable to run command sudo apt-get install
sun java6-jre sun java6-plugin sun java6-fonts.
please help.
