[gt-user] Parallel Streams in GUC

Hi,

Could any one please let me know on how to increase the number of  
parallel streams in Globus url copy with out restarting the transfer.  
For example, I would like to start the transfer with 1 tcp streams,  
then want to increase to 4 or 5 streams with out restarting the  
transfer.
