We use $SGE_ROOT/default/common/reporting file at UCLA and
it works very well unless you run ARco dbwriter with your SGE.

Shouldn't this say:
"... path to the cell's reporting file generated by SGE. "
The 'accounting' file is a different beast than 'reporting', or does SGE SEG
actually use both?
