1) Was the build process successful?
2) Did you do 'make install'?
3) Have you defined GLOBUS_LOCATION environment? If not, do so.
4) By default, globus binaries are found in $GLOBUS_LOCATION/bin directory.. Add your $GLOBUS_LOCATION/bin to your path by executing 'export PATH=$GLOBUS_LOCATION/bin:$PATH' from the command-line or better yet by adding it into your bashrc file and then sourcing it.
5) If the binary does not exist on your system, it means that your installation 
is borked.
