Like I mentioned in my response, look at the jglobus-axis* and jglobus-
tomcat* jars in the release.
Under, http://dev.globus.org/wiki/CoG_JGlobus_1.8.0, there is CoG
JGlobus and CoG JGlobus FX, and you want to look at the latter.

From what Rachana tells me there is no such jar in the cog jglobus
package. I am not sure from where I got this jar, since I inherited
this code.
After couple of hours of searching, I found following link to the
CVS hierarchy of these files
http://viewcvs.globus.org/viewcvs.cgi/src/jglobus-fx/gsi/src/org/globus/tomcat/coyote/valves/?root=COGKIT&hideattic=1
When I click the little graph on left of file, it tells me that
these files made it in to cog-jglobus-1.8.0
However, these are not present there.
I also checked cog-axis.jar and cog-tomcat.jar and neither of them
have these GridMapValve classes
So my question is - in which jar of cog toolkit can I find the
latest versions of these classes? or did they get left out for some
reason?
