Hi, I'm not sure I get this question right, and I'm also not a C guy anymore.
Does it work if you run globus-credential-delegate and globusrun-ws sequentially as command-line tools? I.e. 1. Call globus-credential-delegate and store the EPR somewhere. 2. Then use it for several globusrun-ws job submissions.
