[gt-user] RFT backoff config (seconds or milliseconds?)

Hi,
When I look at the globus docs for rft (4.0.x), it says that the backOff 
parameter in the etc/globus_wsrf_rft/jndi-config.xml file is:

   "Time in seconds you want RFT to backoff before a failed transfer is 
retried by RFT. The default should work fine for now."


The default value is 10000, which makes me think that maybe the value is 
in milliseconds instead?


So I would like to know if the documentation is correct (seconds), or is 
the value in milliseconds?
