Hi Vipul,
I don't have a full definitive answer with respect to the VOMS server, but I
can help you with the following:
There are two answers to your question:
1.) There is a high probability of the VOMS server being suitable to work
with Globus 5. In the porting from Globus 4 to Globus 5 I've not seen any
known API to break yet. This is not saying that this is fully support or
working, just stating that this could be compatible.
2.) The VOMS 2.0 version will completely not be dependent upon Globus at
all. It only requires OpenSSL to be available on the system.
