yes i did

*source $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus-user-env.sh ...(1)*

* *and even following command

*grid-cert-request -host `hostname` .....(2)

*

  successfully. After you said to check it again i gave command  (1) again
(using globus and root) and now it is not running , quite weird . Now the
command (1) is giving following errors

**



As Globus user following error appears.

*bash: /etc/globus-user-env.sh: No such file or directory*

As Root user following error appears.
*
-su: /etc/globus-user-env.sh: No such file or directory



*Please Help.
