[gt-user] Installed Globus 5.0.3 but dosn't have ws container please help me

I have installed gt 5.0.3 successfully but in the bin directory it doesn't have
globus-start-container or any other related stuff. So please help me to add web
service container. In the installation manual also doesn't have such 
information.
