Hi,
an OSG user is having problems when issuing globusrun from a specific client to a a specific gatekeeper. Reportedly the same client can authenticate to other gatekeepers and the same gatekeeper can authenticate that user when using other clients.

Both are GT4 with GRAM 2.

On the client:
$  globusrun -a -r grid.unitecnologica.edu.co
GRAM Authentication test failure: an authorization operation failed

In the gatekeeper log on the server:

I don't understand the error.
Anyone can help understanding what is going wrong and suggesting how to fix or troubleshoot further?

Thank you.
Best regards,
Marco
