Well I was doing a fresh install following the admin guide and I got the
following error
[root@fool dknight]# myproxy-server -d

My earlier query was because of a discrepancy between the output I was getting
and the output that I am supposed to get according to the guide.
I am getting a line saying
using storage directory /home/dknight/soc/gt/var/myproxy
while I think I am supposed to get the following.
using storage directory /var/myproxy
I think this is also why I am getting the warning.
