Hi Ehab,
A GridFTP server uses so called gridmap file to make a decision which
user account to use. You need to add to a gridmap file one line with the
distinguish name in double quotation marks and a username:
"/O=Grid/OU=GlobusTest/OU=simpleCA-tr-lx553321.tr.statoil.no/OU=tr.statoil.no/CN=tr-lx346487.tr.statoil.no"
username
