Hi All,

I am currently having a problem with sshftp transfers. I have done the usual things such as run setup/globus/setup-globus-gridftp-sshftp on both the client and server (with the -server option on the server) and have an /etc/grid-security/sshftp file on the server.

If I do something like:

globus-url-copy -vb -dbg -list sshftp://server/home/darran/

I get a directory listing fine.

However, if I try something like this:

globus-url-copy -vb -dbg sshftp://server/etc/group blah, I get the following message:

500-globus_xio: Unable to open file /home/darran/etc/group

It seems to be prepending $HOME to the filename. has anyone seen this behaviour before?

Cheers,
Darran.
