Hi Timo, I had the same issue. After setting somewhere the flag for condor instead of pbs, I was not able to reset this. I tried many many things, due to the fact that there's no make clean target :-(( I deleted the config files, tried to overwrite the flag etc. The only solution was to delete the complete globus folder and begin again. I'm sorry!
