I would like to provide to our users a set of thread-safe calls to set
up different X509 certificates/key/proxy per thread, so using
X509_USER_* environment variables is, obviously, not good enough.
I have been trying to find out in the documentation how to do this, but
I don't manage to find it.
I have seen the functions globus_gsi_cred_read_*, though, but I have no
idea what to do with the globus_gsi_cred_handle_t so it is used by the
later call to gss_acquire_cred, since the only credential handle that is
receives is used as an output parameter.
