[gt-user] Where is setup-simple-ca ?

Hi,

In the Globus Toolkit 5.2.2 there is no setup-simple-ca script in the
$HOME/setup/globus or in other place, like the documentation says.
And I need it installed, because the SimpleCA that configures the
$HOME/.globus/simpleCA to sign my certificates.

What should I do?
