I'm building a Grid at university UCEVA, so-called Grid-Orión with
Globus Toolkit 5.2 and the distribution Centos 5.8. I'm new in the
installation of Globus Toolkit, am reading the quickstart.
# yum install globo-GridFTP-server-progs globo-gass-copy-progs myproxy
myproxy-servidor myproxy-admin globo-simple-ca globo-GSS-ASSIST-progs
The problem that I have:
I can not install service myproxy, that I need the dependency
libvomsapi.so.1 is required for installation of myproxy. I used the
library libvomsc.so as an alternative and error persists.
--> Missing Dependency: libvomsapi.so.1 is needed by package
myproxy-server-5.9-1.i386 (Globus-Updates)
myproxy-5.9-1.i386 from Globus-Updates has depsolving problems

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
