Dear all

I have a cluster based on Rocks Distribution v5.5, with SunGridEngine installed. I want to integrate this cluster on a local grid. I follow the kickstart guide, and have the master of this cluster ready with gridftp, fork manager and so on..

Now, i follow installing the "globus-gram-job-manager-sge-setup-seg" package, that install gridengine too from the repository, although there is yet a gridengine version on it (named SGE with Rocks). And after taht, que sistem become unusable, command like "qstat" generates a "segmentation fault".

Is ther a way to install the manager for sge without install gridengine from repositories? Or should i install all the globus stuff by hand?

Regards
