Hi, guys, I installed globus-gram-job-manager-lsf on local LSF cluster and it works fine when I submit simple example job like "hostname": globus-job-run c15n04/jobmanager-lsf /bin/hostname.
This is the command I used to submit MPI jobs by LSF: bsub -a intelmpi -q seu_workflow -n 12 -o %J.out mpirun.lsf ./ttmpi And it also works fine. However, when I want to submit MPI jobs by globus-gram-job-manager-lsf, problem occurs. globusrun -o -r c15n04/jobmanager-lsf '& (executable=/gpfssan3/home/wmj/mpitest/ttmpi) (count=4) (jobtype=mpi) (stdout=/gpfssan3/home/wmj/mpitest/test2.out)' And I guess it may results from the wrong RSL parsing.
