Hi Steve,
The package globus-xio-udt-driver is available in both of our GT5.2 and
GT6 package repositories, except on some older distros -- RedHat 5 based
systems for GT5.2, and Debian 6 based systems on GT5.2 and GT6.
It can also be built with the GT6 source installer via the flag
--enable-udt on supported distros.
The server would require the config from step 2 here:
http://toolkit.globus.org/toolkit/docs/6.0/gridftp/admin/#gridftp-config-udt
We'll update that doc to reflect the new install procedure.

Sorry--I mean UDT not UDX.

Does anyone know whether the globus-gridftp-server as shipped
either in GT5.2 or 6.0 is compatible with running the UDX protocol?
I can see that the globus-url-copy client is compatible.
If not, are there any instructions as to how to build it so tha
it will support that option?
