A problem report I submitted on 4-23-2013 titled GT-363 was applied to Globus Toolkit 5.2.4. For whatever reason, this never was applied to the current 6 Globus Toolkit. This will cause the Globus OpenSSH server package to fail if a TLS method is requested.
Complete details can be found at: [GT-363] gss_get_mic/gss_verify_mic fail for some TLS ciphers with OpenSSL 1.0.1 - Globus | | | | | | | | | [GT-363] gss_get_mic/gss_verify_mic fail for some TLS ciphers with OpenSSL 1.0.1 - GlobusIn the transition of OpenSSL 1.0.0->1.0.1, some higher efficiency combined cipher and hash functions were added for AES-NI platforms which means the *_hash fields referenced in the Globus gss_get_mic/gss_verify_mic functions are NULL. | | | | View on globus.atlassian.net | Preview by Yahoo | | | | | Contact Ken Robinette at [email protected] for any additional information.
