PCB Fabrication Sources ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ John Baggs, long time colleague and trusted engineer friend has his own VDSL2 design (8 layer PCB, 21/2 x 3 inc board , ~very~ dense).
Baggs says: "We used ION Design for PCB design, and the manager Hoa Huynh [email protected] is the only way to go. He was the manager at Palpilot, now has his own branch service shop. He can get you PCBs built in China cheaper than here [USA], faster, and higher quality (don't ask me how, but some companies have found that the bench mark for PCB fab is in China, some of these people are on the AVL for Cisco and other large companies). And if you want turn key assembly, he can set you up for that." Werner, if you would like me to work some of the details, I'll gladly do so. I am in same time zone as Hoa Sum Hunh --- Ron K. Jeffries [email protected] 805-343-1106 --- Ron K.
