Years Skills /Experience
8 Experience with the development and maintenance of Natural
Language Programming (NLP),
Construct, and Database Management DB2 in an IBM OS mainframe
environment.
6 Experience with the development and maintenance of applications
including JCL, SQL,
TSO/ISPF in an IBM OS mainframe environment.
6 Experience planning, developing, testing, and documenting
computer programs, applying knowledge
of programming techniques and computer systems.
6 Experience developing test beds for all stages/types of testing
including: Pre-Testing, Unit Testing,
Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance
Testing.
6 Experience with and a thorough understanding of the principles
of testing including: Purpose,
Performance Testing, Elements of Testing, Repeatability, Test
Environments, Test Design, Test Data, Test Case,
Test Plan, Test Scripts, Test Results, Test Log, Support
Documentation, Test Failures, and Testing Tools.
4 Experience with the development of test plans and test
approaches, including defect tracking procedures
and progress reporting procedures, test execution, test team
roles, and responsibilities and resource planning.
4 Experience defining test scopes, techniques, and responsibilities
for assuring the quality and serviceability
of changes to existing systems or the introduction of new
systems, including new systems and maintenance to
existing legacy systems.
4 Experience in the development of test plans and test approaches,
including defect tracking procedures and
progress reporting procedures, test execution, test team roles,
and responsibilities and resource planning.
4 Experience with responsibility for, or assistance with,
activities during all phases of the system development
lifecycle (design, code, test, implement, and maintain).
Preferences:
Years Skills /Experience
2 Knowledge/understanding of TWC Workforce Programs, Employment
Services (ES) programs,
Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits programs, etc.
2 Experience with business requirements analysis, facilitation
and documentation.
1 Experience in the creation and loading of databases.
1 Experience planning, scheduling, and documenting projects as
Team Lead using structured methodology.
