*Job Title : Oracle DBA Location : Cincinnati ,OH Duration : 3 month Rate : $50/Hr* Description: DB2 is not critical but a nice to have. The most important things are 11g with RAC in an AIX environment. This knowledge in an ODS and dimensional Enterprise Data Warehouse is very critical. DB2 (z/OS) experience is important – migrating from that environment Oracle RAC experience Explain what is different in implementing a DB in a RAC environment Specific things you do relative to load balancing or turning in the RAC environment Ability to understand differences between OLTP and RDBMS environment, and articulate how to build a data warehouse in an Oracle environment Discuss different partitioning strategies in an Oracle environment, and how to implement them Have previous experience with partitioning Understand low level security in Oracle DW environment Experience using rollover security when designing a program (did I get that right?)
