Understanding of Enterprise applications setup and architecture. Java, java script programming Problem determination and monitoring of Ariba Application issues, configuration issues and program issues. Knowledge of e-Procurement business. Good verbal and written communication skills Interacting with business users, application development team, and operations support teams.
