We Need consultant for  BizTalk

*Job Title          :    BizTalk
Location          :    Dallas, TX
Duration         :    6 month Contract to Hire
Rate                  :    $50/Hr / Salary $115k
EAD/GC/Citizen Only*

Responsibilities:
• Will provide 24x7 on-call after-hours support of this critical production
resource.
• Continually monitoring the infrastructure and remedying issues as they
arise. This includes identification and resolution of hardware,software or
BizTalk problems/outages in any of the BizTalk-related services.
• Recommending, testing and performing the necessary software patches and/or
upgrades to the production environment.
• Providing knowledge transfer to other members of the Data Services,
Application Development and Testing organizations as it pertains to the
functionality of BizTalk.
• Contributing to the on-going development of SCOM and other production
monitoring scripts in order to provide additional protection to the BizTalk
environment.
• Maintaining, creating and deploying BizTalk adapter/channels on multiple
platforms across the enterprise.
• Help with installations, upgrades, application migrations and support of
BizTalk for QA and development teams for multiple projects.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years experience in a BizTalk production environment with at least 2
years in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Direct experience with BizTalk 2008 is required.
• 7+ years in a BizTalk development environment.
• Exposure to SCOM or any other major production environment monitoring
software.
• Exposure to ChangeGear or any other major help desk ticketing and change
management system.
• Must have hands-on experience in the use of BizTalk and .NET application
technologies as well as a solid understanding and practical use of specific
Microsoft development technologies such as C#, ASP, XML, SQL, SOA and
SilverLight, WCF, WWF and WPF.
• Must have successfully deployed and supported a large scale system using
the Microsoft BizTalk technology.
• Considerable knowledge of BizTalk internal functions.
• Strong knowledge of BizTalk architecture including BizTalk database back
end.
• Skill in BizTalk disaster recovery methods.
• Skill in documentation.
• Skill in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Skill in software installation & maintenance.
• Skill in product administration & infrastructure support.
• Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and
recommendations.
• Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole
(big picture thinking).
• Knowledge of IT governance and operations.
• Project and program management planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial services industry.
• Strong written, visual and verbal communication and meeting facilitation
skills.

Plus Skills:
• Use of BizTalk in a financial services organization a plus.
• Exposure to BizTalk 2010 a plus.
