SURE SHOT Need a Tibco Systems Consultant/Project Lead - SC* ** *Job Title : Tibco Systems Consultant/Project Lead Location : Columbia, SC Duration : 06+months * ** *Responsibilities :-* ** *Systems Consultant/Project Lead with (must have recent Tibco iProcess) Oversee IT applications staff involved in delivery of projects with high complexity, multiple integration points, dependencies, and strategic impacts. Support goals, strategies, and plans of the business organizations that staff supports. Contributes to business strategy development. Has detailed knowledge of Business Process Management frameworks and real-world experience with BPM implementations Contributes to establishing/extending enterprise IT standards and guidelines. Ability to communicate with various audiences (technical or business), plan and negotiate schedules. Ability to communicate with mid to senior level management and external resources Accountable for providing “organizational context” for staff. Shows staff how they contribute to organizational goals. Takes initiative to proactively propose technical solutions to help the broader business organization. Contributes to decisions on staff and department sourcing and organization. Assumes horizontal accountabilities and administrative duties across the department. Works with other IT managers in department. Helps manage technical resources across multiple development efforts.
