*Below is another requirement for our client for an instructional designer with solid technical writing skills. Max rate on this is 50/hr.* *Technical Requirements:* *Supplier resources will have the following skills / experience / background:* · Three years experience writing training documents. · Three years experience editing training content. · Three years experience adhering to APA style and standards and guidelines. Personal Aptitudes: Thinking in both abstract and concrete. · Must also attend to details. · Task-oriented but able to work with others. · Tolerance for ambiguity. *Tasks / Deliverables: The following itemized tasks / deliverables are to be provided by Supplier in the performance of Services described under this project.* *Task 1: Training material development*: This task includes interviewing SMEs and the creation of training materials based on an approved detailed design document. The training materials created may be for an instructor-led, online or a blended training delivery approach.
