*Title : Business Analyst Location : Mount Laurel, NJ Duration : 6 Months Rate : $30/Hr* A. Should be able to analyze the current state - should be able to talk to different system owners and analyze the underlying business process of credit card processing in context with mortgage / leasing business. B. Should be able to analyze the future state – given the business goals / objectives. C. Should be able to document requirements / process flow clearly in requirements management tool. Mandatory Skills: 1. Minimum 5+ years experience in finance / banking / mortgage / leasing industry as business analyst. 2. Should have payment card industry knowledge - should be aware of how credit cards are processed / information stored / interactions happens with related internal / external service providers. 3. Knowledge of credit card related rules / regulations a plus. 4. Should have good analytical skills: 5. Should have good communication skills. 6. Should be pro-active, result oriented and take ownership.
