Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues with existing applications and production transaction processing Analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities. Project quality and on-time delivery. Develop B2B and B2C solutions leveraging a SOA. Experience: 2+ years of experience in support or development of software solutions. EDI application development a plus Conceptual understanding of N-Tier and loosely coupled architectures Minimum of two years hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C# .NET, MS SQL, Java, BPEL, and Oracle. Minimum one year experience on a multi-developer team using source control 6 months of Microsoft BizTalk experience in a production environment a plus 6 months of BPEL experience in a production environment a plus SharePoint Services and Portal Server a plus. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
