The person in this role should have 3-5 year of experience in systems design with the last 2 years in systems architecture. Deep understanding of n-tier architecture, Java, and C++. Familiarity with vendor products, market data feeds and analytics is highly desirable. Ability to create the technology vision, articulate direction, set priorities and manage the development plan to meet each milestone. The person in this role will be asked to manage a team of developers who will deliver an integrated solution to support Investment Bank Operations in Latin America. Establish processes to operate and provide 3rd level support for the production environment. Provide direction and define requirements for appropriate infrastructure and network design to achieve high levels of reliability and failover. The role requires excellent communication skills and ability to create alternatives in high intensity situations. Graduate degree in computer sciences or engineering. Knowledge of derivative products and Latin America Markets in high desirable.
