(Excellent only if knowledge in all versions) Proficiency in writing and analyzing UDB database structures, stored procedures, user defined functions, etc. Proficiency in UDB database performance tuning methods and strategies Write/execute test scripts & protocols Proficiency in all aspects of UDB database backup and recovery procedures - include planning, documentation and execution experience. Professional preparation of Technical documents, Physical and Logical Database Design, Schema Design, Data Dependancy mapping, etc. Prepare database requirements documents. Proficiency in designing database tables by following normalization rules and optimization complex queries. Proficiency in IBM-UDB configuation and design requirements specific to a WindowsXP/ 2000/2003 Server (specify) Operating Systems environment Risk Analysis and monitoring of network, application, and database configuration or procedures that impact database performance. Proficiency in execution of IBM-UDB specific software upgrades, including monitoring and evaluation of upgrade release benefits/risks. Migration planning and implementation strategies specifically from IBM-UDB to SQL Server databases in a Windows envrionment. Proficiency in planning and implementing data conversion stategies and data loading processes. Proficiency in capacity planning and monitor growth needs, and differences for Development, Test and Production database environments
