Background: Computer Science Graduate preferred Background minimum of 5 years of development experience Minimum 2 years experience as an architect within a n-tier, SOA based, web service oriented environment Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions on time and to the satisfaction of clients Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship Experience in the development and support of frameworks. Specific Skills: Expertise in service domain and data modeling concepts and techniques Expertise in web service standards and REST Deep understanding of n-tier architecture patterns and core concepts Knowledge of business architecture practices and techniques Ability to work collaboratively with CT Core Architecture members to realized target state vision Understanding of Java/JEE stack capabilities and limitations Familiarity with patterns and best practices for the development of SQL database applications in Java/JEE Familiarity with Oracle, DB2, and/or MSSQL Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
