The successful candidate will come up with performance tuning strategy, train the developers and the database administrators on tuning techniques, create documentation and provide 24x7 technical support. *Candidate should be expert in the following areas: * • Tuning Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL with ability to tune complex query. • Database administration and tuning with 11g, RAC and Dataguard. • Tuning Oracle Applications, Concurrent managers, Apache, Forms Servers, Reports servers, etc. • Oracle Applications administration and tuning with 11.5.10 and R12.1.3, technology stack, including architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, cloning and patching procedures. • Tuning from OS perspective and experience with Solaris 10. • Experience with very large database, online, batch and data warehouse. • Knowledge of business objects is a plus.
