*The HRIS Business Systems Analyst works closely with our internal HR partners on existing projects and emerging projects to provide in- depth analysis of their information technology needs. She/he gathers business, functional, and technical requirements performing needed testing and research to support software solutions. The HRIS Business Systems Analyst will also lead or assists other projects as a team member, ensuring research, testing, documentation, and successful implementations of said projects. The incumbent will take a results oriented approach to resolving critical challenges by bringing solutions to fruition. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise and effective project management. * *Skills Required: Perform analysis and gather requirements; creating, configuring, customizing and maintain requirements for the various applications and integrations. Document business rules, document new data requirements, including characteristics, size, edits, and defaults. (note writing codes) Develop and execute appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentations Manager systems upgrades, patches, testing and other functional projects as assigned.
