Mandatory Skills 8+ years experience working as application/solution architects to set direction of design and development for application development projects. • 10+ years experience analyzing business requirements, generating project specifications, converting specifications into code, and applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages. • 10+ years experience developing technical designs in consultation with other technical experts. • 10+ years experience in the following development and design tools or equivalent; • Rational Software Architect RSA or other Eclipse based ? UML Modeling Tools ? Hyperion or Crystal Reports (or SQL Reporting Tool) ? Perforce, CVS or SVN • 10+ years development experience in the following languages: ? J2EE, Java 5, EJB, ? JSP and Servlets ? SQL ? Struts ? Hibernate ? Spring ? Web Services ? JavaScript ? XML ? LDAP using Active Directory or Tivoli • 10+ years experience with IBM WebSphere and/or BEA Weblogic web application servers • 10+ years experience in RDBMS developing data model database triggers, procedures, packages and functions in Microsoft SQL Server • 10+ years experience developing unit and system test plans, test data and scripts for application validation and verification. • 10+ years experience performing extensive analysis and design working on projects of all sizes that require exposure to all aspects of the project life cycle and creating and maintaining documentation in conformance with established standards. • 10+ years experience evaluating user requests for new programs or modified program components to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities. • 10+ years experience performing peer reviews of developed code to insure conformity to standards and design best practices. • 10+ years experience reviewing technical designs and specifications for completeness and conformance to quality standards, especially as a mentor to less experienced developers.
