Candidate's must have experience in SharePoint Development and coding. Must be able to take identify existing system requirements and develop solutions based on current and future needs. No remote work, contractors must be available to work onsite at client. Client requires an experienced SharePoint Web Developer/Administrator to implement a web portal solution that will provide workflow tracking and data upload capabilities in support of client’s LADC program. It is expected that the desired solution will work in both internet and intranet environments, providing local agencies with the ability to upload data and track progress of the LADC program via the internet, while client staff will use the desired solution to assign work and track progress through the entire LADC data QA/QC processes. Experience interfacing SharePoint with Enterprises databases (Oracle) is required. Additional Skills: Experience with GeoMedia Software. The Contractor will develop a solution that meets the following requirements: Provide a methodology that local agencies will use to submit GIS data to client. Automatic notifications to client staff that new data has been uploaded. Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) process to identify non-compliance with clients’s GIS and RIMS applications. Generate error reports to document data discrepancies. Data formatting and uploading processes for incorporation into client’s GIS and RIMS applications.
