work experience requirements Technical Experience Minimum of two years experience supporting smartphone or tablet programs including testing, pilots, deployment & operational maintenance. Must be extremely familiar with iOS version 5.x and 6.x functionality, system settings, preferences, etc. Must be extremely familiar with Smartphone and Tablet computing hardware, knowing how to troubleshoot, reset, image, etc. Experience with Mobile Device Management programs, especially AirWatch, a plus. Software - Excellent Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Working knowledge of the Internet and mobile device management basics. Judgment/Decision Making This person will have minimal direction in some responsibilities.
