*Please send profiles to* *[email protected]* * Title: *SharePoint Developer *Location: *Pittsburgh, PA *Duration: *9 Months *Job Description:* The “SharePoint Engagement” Project is moving the organization onto SharePoint 2010 (Enterprise version). The project involves working with various business units to perform a full information architecture, content analysis and then working with and training members in the business to migrate content. Scope: • The consultant will assist with the project by working closely with several user groups to Create an information architecture customized for that particular business unit Work with the various content streams/subject matter experts to perform a full content analysis Create site straw models and train the designated site manager (site owner) in organizing and migrating content. Provide full support to the business during their ‘engagement.’ • The consultant will be expected to work multiple content streams and possibly several engagements (business units) in parallel to align with the schedules of the business resources. • The consultant is expected to know the full out of the box feature set of SharePoint 2010 to direct and advise the business if certain features would aid their processes. • The consultant will design and implement out of the box SharePoint functionality to meet business requirements and needs, including but not limited to document management, project integration, workflows and collaboration. *Successful implementation is defined as:* • The complete setup, rollout and population of a team site, including all the various content areas and security roles. • End user and site owner training to enable the user group to manage their content in the new environment • The successful moving of content currently located elsewhere (shared drives, outlook folders, etc.) to SharePoint. *Skills and Experience:* • The consultant will have a minimum of 5 solid years of experience in out of the box SharePoint 2010 functionality, including but not limited to InfoPath forms, workflows, document management, project integration, and collaboration. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to synthesize customer requirements and guide non-technical users • Ability to expand upon requirements to implement available SharePoint features that the user may not be aware of • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. -- ___________________________________________ Kindest Regards, Eric Hoffman - Technical Recruiter Better Minds Consulting, LLC Carnegie Office Park, Bldg 2 600 N.
