Functional – decent (average) understanding of the products, tools that the candidate claims experience in. (we need people with Curam experience on social programs) – a lot of people done really have experience but claim it Business Analysts skills – this is most important to us - specific tasks, roles played in requirements, design, functional testing oversight, UAT Very good communication skills, ability to lead discussions with senior client folks. – I am looking for it in the written part in the resumes as well. Skills: Good exposure Healthcare domain areas like; Health benefit Exchange, Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment, Plan/Product reporting.
