* Please send the resumes at **[email protected]** * Job Title: Clinical Applications Analyst Location: Kingman, Arizona Duration: 6+ Months *Job Details: * To be considered for the position it is required that you have a minimum of 5 years application support experience with a minimum of 3 years support in a healthcare environment. The Clinical Applications Analyst 3 will be responsible to provide third level support and problem resolution within the Clinical Applications portfolio. This candidate will lead implementations, perform project management, systems development\upgrades and staff training. May assist in budgetary and strategic planning. Clinical\technical liaison. Must be able to write detailed technical and non-technical documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively provide support remotely. This position shares in the Clinical Applications on call rotation. A minimum of 5 years application support experience with a minimum of 3 years in direct healthcare system support. Experience administering, designing, implementing and supporting the NextGen Ambulatory EHR and EPM suite. Similar experience with one or more of the following may be considered*: Vitera (Sage) Intergy, Epic, Cerner, Eclipsys, HMED, SCC SoftLab, OBIX Perinatal, Surgical Information Systems, Mosaiq, Progresa, Siemens Soarian. Demonstrated high level analytic, implementation and troubleshooting skills over a broad range of healthcare software, hardware and system configurations. Demonstrated ability to extract data from databases in support of clinical, financial or statistical needs using Crystal Reports, Cognos, MS Access or other report tool. Thorough analytical, diagnostic, integration and documentation skills are required. Excellent time management, prioritization, written and oral communication abilities required. Thorough understanding of clinical workflow, systems integration, HL7 and security. Must be a good team player with strong people skills. Experience in Project Management (PM), HIPAA\HITEC, Meaningful Use (MU), Software\System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC\DR) a plus PMP certification (or in process) a plus *Qualifications*: Bachelor’s Degree related to Information Technology preferred.
