*Responsibilities:*


   - Creating, documenting, and developing project plans, timelines,
   presentations and materials.
   - Scheduling, attending, and/or facilitating project meetings and
   planning sessions, while documenting meeting minutes, creating meeting
   agendas as well as performing task follow-up on project action items and
   tasks.
   - All meeting documentation needs to be uploaded on project sites for
   compliance tracking.
   - Assist with vendor contracting.
   - Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   - With general guidance and coaching, responsible for initiating,
   planning, executing, controlling, and closing application and system
   implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
   - Typically manages one project of moderate size and risk or multiple
   small projects concurrently.
   - Oversees the system development process.
   - Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and
   resource allocation.
   - Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost,
   or schedule.
   - Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and
   methodologies.
   - To a limited extent, coaches and mentors individuals on the project
   teams.
   - Provides feedback on project team members' performance to their
   leaders.
   - Some knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and
   terminology.
   - Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectations
   are developed and met.
   - Significant creativity is required.
   - A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required.


*Required Skills/Knowledge:*


   - Project Management background and project management skill *(PMP
   Certification required)*
   - Knowledge of Office 2007 Suite including word, excel, PowerPoint,
   Visio, Access, Project, and SharePoint.
   - Experience in *vendor management and contracting.*
   - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills verbal
   and written.


*Qualifications:*


   - Minimum of *2 years healthcare environment*
   - Minimum *5 years project management *experience.
   - Bachelor's degree in related field.
