* * *Location : 1 (WA), 1 (IL)* * * *Duration : 6+ Month * * * *Job Responsibilities:* § Design and implement reporting data sources and complex reports in Business Objects XI . § Define, design , implement Universes and other User Interface data models § Prepare plan for Business object Migration activities from existing BO 6.5 to BO XI. § Prepare Data Dictionary and documentation for related database initiatives. § Analyze and troubleshoot data and/or system issues. § Monitoring and performance tuning of production systems. § Assess and implement production system changes to Data warehouse ETLs to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. § Ensure all maintenance, system integrity, capacity, scalability, and space requirements for the data warehouse environments are met. § Work with BI Web Analytic team to implement a solid, extensible Data Warehouse design that supports the reporting and analytics requirements § work closely with BI stakeholders to fulfill the ticketing requests, and help expanding BI platform and back-office reporting functions § Support day to day business requests, data analysis and investigate data related issues within the Data Warehouse environment as well as source systems. * * *Basic Qualifications*: § Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Business objects Reporting experience OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 6 years of experience § Knowledge of Data Warehouse Concepts § Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology § Experience defining, designing and implementing logical and physical data models § Experience in SQL and query tuning § Experience with data warehouse technologies and/or back-end reporting systems § Experience designing and developing data marts and/or data cube solutions. § Experience designing and implementing reporting data sources and reports § Experience working cross functionally to deliver resolutions of technical, procedural, and operational issues *Preferred Qualifications:* § Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field § Exposure to Informatica and Oracle § Experience designing a business intelligence solution § Experience with SDLC in an Agile environment § Experience with Oracle/SQL Server implementations Regards, Mukesh *E-Mail* : [email protected] Cell : 732-722-2842 **Yahoo-IM- mukeshinc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GTA DBA" group.
