*Location : NJ* *Duration : 6+ Month * - Possess understanding of the business objectives and operations of the SAP Business Warehouse functions. - Demonstrates proficiency for standard SAP configuration and internally developed solutions or custom programs - Performs detailed analysis of moderate to complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solution; assists with the collection, interpretation, validation and documentation of customer requirements. - Analyzes designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains and supports custom configuration/programs. - Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules. - Develops end-user security profiles and authorizations within the application. - Develops and delivers application training to customers. - Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or technical enhancements. - Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. - Follows applicable of client standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of applications or application modules. - Demonstrates required competencies on a consistent basis. - Demonstrates company values on a consistent basis. - Performs other duties as requested. Skills: - 6 - 8 years Information Services experience eliciting and documenting business requirements. - Hands-on Business Intelligence tools with emphasis on SAP Business Warehouse BW 3.5 and BI 7.0. Deployment experience on large multinational projects and experience on reporting tools in Finance / Supply Chain area - Must have experience on multiple implementations and/or roll out from blueprint to go-live. Familiarity with BOBJ suite and BWA will be a plus - Experience with one of BW/BI planning tools like BPS, IP or BPC is preferred. - Knowledge of Portal roles, iView and work set is a plus. - Experience in SAP FI/CO or SAP Supply Chain processes is preferred. - Demonstrated strong solution architecting experience required - SOX and GMP validated environment experience required - Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. - Solid working knowledge of current technologies. - Understanding of various technologies, communications and marketing principles. - Understanding of project management principles.
