*Position Description:***

Responsible for providing support to internal customers on the deployment,
usage, and troubleshooting of collaboration technologies (Lotus Notes Email
and SharePoint), which consists of desktop and laptop computers (both
hardware and software), handheld Blackberry, iPhone, or other Smart Phone
devices, Anyplace VPN and Virtual Desktop (VDI) remote access, and Lotus
Notes email and related technologies. Candidate will have expertise in
Windows and Apple operating system and devices.  Candidate will have
experience in providing excellent customer support, both at the desk and
using remote control access.



*Skills Required:***



Responsible for provisioning and supporting internal desktop, laptop, and
remote access customers using Lotus Notes and Sharepoint core and related
products including: Sametime, Notes Databases, Document Libraries,
Communities etc.

Responsibilities include: responding to customer questions on usage,
troubleshooting customer issues, and responding to Lotus Notes incident
calls through the Service Desk tool.  Additional responsibilities include
support and troubleshooting Blackberry issues as they relate to Lotus
Notes.

Position will have responsibility within the following tasks for Email and
SharePoint on the project
·Provisioning User Accounts
·3rd Level Customer Support
·User Documentation
·Communication
·Training
·Rollout
·Secondary rollout (Post January Voice migration)
·Desktop Migration
·Unified Communication Rollout



Candidate will display strong customer service and good people skills.  Job
requirements include:
·3-5 years experience supporting Windows-based desktop and laptop computers
(hardware & software)
·3-5 years experience supporting Windows (XP and or Windows 7) and
Microsoft Office
·3-5 years experience supporting Apple devices (MACs, iPads)
·3-5 years experience providing support to remotes users (VPN, VDI, etc)
·2-3 years experience supporting Lotus Notes
·2-3 years experience supporting SharePoint
·1-2 experience supporting Blackberry users preferred
