*Required Experience:* Designs, develops, modifies, debugs, and evaluates programs for functional applications including, but not limited to* iPE Application, FTS/FWR*, and interfaces. Analyzes existing programs and formulates logic, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops system implementation plans. Prepares system and programming documentation for changes. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.
