Rochester, NY, telephone interview. *Strong exp Webservices ,SOAP,RESTFUL * *Specific Responsibilities:* *·* *Perform basic analysis based on business requirements to gain an understanding of required application changes.* *·* *Provide time estimates for development tasks to aid in scheduling.
