GC and Citizen only *Must have strong English comm skills.* *Rochester, NY, telephone interview. * Strong exp Webservices ,SOAP,RESTFUL Specific Responsibilities: · Perform basic analysis based on business requirements to gain an understanding of required application changes. · Provide time estimates for development tasks to aid in scheduling.
